Vendors

VENDOR TABLE RENTALS

Vendor tables are always available to reserve for all AOWIE conferences throughout the United States. It is highly recomended that you register to reserve a table sooner rather than later, as there is a limited amount of tables available based on venue size.

  • 6' or 8' table rentals (available size varies by venue) - table rental fee includes vendor and one helper. Price $225

  • Vendor is responsible to bring table covers. All tables must be covered.

  • Vendor is responsible to bring their own extension cord if A/C power is necessary at their table.

  • At most AOWIE conferences, WiFi is available with a password that will be furnished to you during the check-in process when you arrive.
